COLOR: Golden with greenish hues.
FROTH: Fine and lively, with small bubbles, with good detachment, forming an abundant and persistent crown.
FLAVOR: Intense, fruity, with hints of apricot and passion fruit together with a background of fresh yeast that reminds us of freshly baked bread.
TASTE: Very fresh, harmonious and well structured, with notes of bread and yeast in its initial note, followed by hints of citrus that evoke grapefruit and lime. Long and persistent aftertaste, maintaining a fresh sensation together with a very slight bitter touch.
STORAGE: Preferably protected from light, in an upright position and at a temperature not lower than 5 ºC and in no case higher than 20 ºC.
EVOLUTION: Ready for consumption.
TEMPERATURE: The ideal drinking temperature is between 4 and 6 º C.
GASTRONOMY: It is ideal to pair with pasta dishes, smoked, roasted poultry, meat and lightly seasoned fish or with light sauces.
