La Carménère, és única i l’hereva d’una història singular i memorable.
La Carménère és la reminiscència de les varietats de raïm negre més antigues d’Europa. Les seves línies ascendents les trobem a Bordeus. En destaquem el seu color cirera intens i amb llàgrima persistent. Les seves aromes afruitades i molt fines, que evoquen la mora i notes balsàmiques amb un delicat toc de cítrics.
El paladar és suau i elegant. Es noten els tanins i els fruits vermells.
