COLOR: Bright and transparent, pale red in color, with orange reflections.
FLAVOR: Delicate and fragrant, predominantly red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with a discreet hint of currant.
TASTE: The palate is velvety and broad, gradually expressing the typical features of the variety.
In the first note we discover the taste of the ripe grape, accompanied by a touch of small red berries of the forest, immediately afterwards, it reveals its personality and body that surrounds the entire mouth, to finish with a final surprisingly long persistent aftertaste.
STORAGE: In the absence of light preferably, in a vertical position and at a temperature not lower than 5ºC and in no case higher than 20ºC.
EVOLUTION: Ready for consumption.
TEMPERATURE: The ideal serving temperature is between 6 and 8ºC.
